Performance characteristics: (1) Improve gasoline octane number Adding 1 part per ten thousand CMT to gasoline, with a manganese content not exceeding 18 mg/l, can increase gasoline octane number by 2 to 3 units. (2) Improve automobile power and reduce fuel consumption The engine stand test conducted by the Ministry of Transport's Automobile Transportation Industry Energy Utilization Monitoring Center shows that compared with 90# unleaded gasoline without CMT, 90# unleaded gasoline with CMT has improved engine power performance and reduced fuel consumption. (3) Good compatibility with oxygen-containing components such as MTBE and ethanol CMT has good compatibility with MTBE and ethanol in improving octane number, which provides convenience for the production of high-grade gasoline. It can meet higher octane numbers, avoid excessive reduction in automobile power performance due to excessive use of MTBE, and meet the national standard of "oxygen content not more than 2.7%". (4) Reduce the emission of pollutants in automobile exhaust. Compared with 90# unleaded gasoline without additives, the CO in the engine exhaust of 90# unleaded gasoline with CMT decreased by 17.7% and the HC decreased by 18.2%. (5) Improve the catalytic converter of automobile exhaust. Phosphorus is a recognized catalyst toxin. CMT can remove phosphorus and reduce the deposits on the catalyst when it is burned. Therefore, the use of CMT fuel can extend the life of the catalyst and keep the catalyst at a high conversion rate, thereby more effectively converting harmful gases and reducing pollutant emissions. (6) Improve refining operations .Reduce the severity of reforming unit operation. Reduce the aromatic content in gasoline . Reduce the olefin content in gasoline .Reduce the amount of crude oil required (7) Increase the flexibility of oil blending. Various specifications of gasoline products can be blended by rationally using CMT, MTBE, reforming gasoline, catalytic gasoline and straight-run gasoline. (8) Good light stability. CMT is yellow crystal at room temperature and has the advantage of good light stability, which brings great convenience to storage, transportation and use. This product is formulated into a solution when used, and its stability can be further improved through a unique formula. 6. Packaging: Liquid products are packaged in 200L galvanized iron barrels, with a net weight of 180kg per barrel; solid products are packaged in 60L thick-walled plastic barrels, with a net weight of 50kg per barrel, or in 20L iron barrels, with a net weight of 25kg per barrel; other packaging forms can also be used according to the actual needs of customers.
